Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping time:
Your order is usually shipped the same day or the next day. For orders within Denmark, delivery takes approximately 1-2 business days. For the rest of Europe, delivery typically takes around 1 week. For countries outside of Europe, delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Return period:
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags and labels intact. Returns may be denied if the product shows obvious signs of use or unusual odor.

Return procedure:
To return an item, please contact our customer service via email at helpsotm@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide necessary instructions. We will process your refund once the item is received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 2 days of receiving it. Include pictures of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue quickly.
